Policies

Linen is not supplied 
Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, hand towels, bath mat.  

Two Night Minimum Stay

Cleaning
Sorry it is no longer an option to do your own cleaning. A compulsory cleaning fee of $75 per stay is required.

Payment 
Payment is to be made by direct banking into owners account.  A deposit of 30% confirms a booking.
Balance of 70% due 14 days before stay commences.

Cancellations 
Cancellations prior to 14 days before the scheduled start of stay, the deposit will be refunded only if a replacement booking can be found.  Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
